FAQs - Questions Explored and Answered

You may have a number of questions as you explore these pages, both questions you have brought with you and questions that may have arisen.

This section will hopefully answer some of these questions and also help you find answers of your own.

Why am I here?

Feeling a bit broken, a bit deadened, a little lost, or just ho-hum?

Unmotivated, de-motivated, disempowered, or no longer you?

Struggling with life in general, or any number of things in particular, like love, career, or dreams?

Maybe you simply want to explore other thought patterns and philosophical ideas.

All of you are welcome! This site and entire project is set up to assist in finding YOU through it all.

You may want to explore why you are here before you even get started. It may help you pick and choose the right lessons, journey, and path, including what in-sights are right for you. However, it’s okay to not really know. The important thing is that you are here. We have found one another. Warmest of welcomes!

Where am I in my life?

You do not need to know this right away. We delve into this question in just about every lesson, course, blog, and module. Believe me, we all wish we knew this right off the bat. We’ll get clarity as we go.

Who am I?

A very hefty question. One that many of us, including me, have struggled with at various points, if not all, of our lives. Here’s more about me: Amy Infinity. One of the primary purposes of NeverBroken You is to help you find YOU, whether you are feeling broken or not. And once we do find that authentic you…the world better watch out.

How do I get out of darkness?

Start here. Right here. Where you are loved and we will try our darnedest to get you into the light, one little step, one slight shift, one easy breath at a time. That is the idea behind the in-sights. They are there, right there. Not some lofty lesson or ideal. You just chew ‘em up and use them as you need.

How can I find my light?

You just need to want to. And then we’ll get there. We’ll dig it up, carve it out, or gently coax it into flame. Using stories, in-sights, and self-relflection (and maybe a little effort), we’ll show you how it is still there and just waiting to shine.

How can I find happiness?

By opening up to it and realizing what will actually make you happy. A big part of this is getting to know who you really are, underneath or amidst challenge, society, expectation, and other people. Once we can tap into to your authentic light, we can then start working on fulfilling your goals, wishes, expectations, and desires. Largely, it’s on you. But what you find in these pages will hopefully empower and help you to find all the happiness you deserve.

Will it all fall together?

Yes, it will, if you allow it to and you perceive it as such. One person’s mess is another person’s awesomeness. Just think back to your messy room as a child. We knew exactly where things were. Life is kind of like that, even as adults. At least in my way of thinking. It’s about ordering the chaos in a way that makes sense to YOU and makes you feel right again (or for the first time). Sounds like fun. Let’s do that.

Will I always feel so bad?

No. You will get through this. Let me repeat, you will get through this. You will feel good again. You will FEEL again. And now that you are here, we will get through together. Welcome. Big hugs.

Will I always be broken?

You are not broken. But you may feel like it. I know, because I sure do a lot of the time. But then I remember, I am still whole under it all, under the mess that is me and all around me. You are too. It might just take some time to get to place where you see this. You will. Hold on. It will get better.

Where do I find light?

In the big things or in the little things. Puppy feet. Sunshine. Larger than life trees. Cool breezes. Good friends. Eventually, hopefully, in yourself. That’s what we’re here for. To help you do this. To help you find YOUR own light.

Am I alone?

Never. We are here. Someone always is. So if you ever feel alone, please reach out. There are resources everywhere. There is NO SHAME in ever needing help.
