NeverBroken Belief

A New Reality

NeverBroken You is a belief system, a new school of thought, and a fundamental idea/philosophy I now pass along to you. It is a new way of looking at life and how we define ourselves, and is meant to empower us to be as great as we can be in the pursuit of fulfilling our purpose (which I see as joy).

Our perception of ourselves, as breakable beings, is entirely that - a perception.

It is a strong thing to say, that only when we think we are broken, we are broken, because broken is such an easy default perception in pain and through hard times. But if we can realize the whole-ness of our actual selves, we can find power in the fact that we are not in pieces. Ever. We are whole, inside, just by nature. We may feel entirely banged up and cracked from all the damage around us sometimes; but we are never truly broken unless we buy into the belief that we are. No one has that power over you - but you.

I know, firsthand, how hard that is to believe, especially when we feel weak or broken, whether it be at times or all the time. It is default to fall, to succumb, to get angry, to wallow, to numb, or to sink. But I’m telling you, you are worth rising. And in order to rise, we must believe that we can.

But HOW? especially when everything seems hard (like breathing)?

One little bit at a time.

That's where this site and the in-sights come in. They are small. They are envision-able, and within reach. They allow for calm attaining, for getting the bits and pieces together, even when everything feels apart. They provide strength and they let the light in, one little bit at a time.

Also, please, keep in mind, there is absolutely no shame in seeking more in-depth help, through a mental health professional, or someone to talk to HERE if you need. I have sought assistance, and believe we all should whenever we find the need.

Simple and easy, when nothing else seems easy - that is what I want for you. All of these lessons, these tips and encouragements, are crafted and thought out with easier in mind. You deserve a reprieve.

Deep breath.

I am not saying that the actual getting through will be easy. It almost never is. But you are SO worth it. And these lessons, this process, may very well give you the edge and the aha moments that will make you feel less like a penguin waddling on land and more like a fish gliding through water.

I am a sucker for analogies, you’ll see. I am also a sucker for processes.

That is, in theory.

In reality, I buy the books, I start them, but do I finish? Rarely. Because most processes are long, they are hard, they take time, and they dig too deep. I get distracted, and life comes up to slap me across the face for good measure.

These tips and teachings are no substitute for additional mentors, teachers, and therapies as needed. In fact, there is valuable wisdom to be garnered from countless conduits out in the world. But that, in it and of itself, can make it seem overwhelming and hard. Maybe you’re just in a corner. Perhaps you’re in a bit of a pickle. Or the world could be crashing down. Wherever you are, I want this to be accessible for you.

I want you to be back in the light.

I want it to be so easy, for you to see the possibility of better, that you can't help but take a step forward for yourself, toward your real whole self, knowingly. That self is worth it and waiting to shine, with the light, in the light, your light, that really isn't broken or lost. That is you in there, just chilling. So, let’s go find you!
